Mmmmm yummy

So every October my Gramma makes her world-famous Buttered Popcorn Cookie Crunch Halloween soup.
It's soooo good, I always have seconds!





Here's the recipe if you wanna try it:
(Okay so she'd be super mad if she new I was doing this cuz this is strictly suppos'd to be a family recipe but I don't care cuz I want to spread the joy with the world er suck it g-ma!)

4 cups butter
2 cups shortening
1 cup water
5 1/2 cups popcorn
12 Oreos
salt

1. Combine butter and shortening in a large pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer.
2. Add water and salt.
3. Stir in popcorn.
4. Serve and individually garnish with a crushed Oreo.
Makes 12 servings.
